Welcome to Creatiri — your all-in-one dashboard for running your creator business. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Creatiri platform, products, and services (collectively, the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU) to use Creatiri.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Plans, Billing & Cancellation
- Some features require a paid subscription via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You may cancel any time. Access continues until the end of your billing cycle.
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to abuse the Service, interfere with it, or use it for unlawful activity.
